Consultancy in Collections & Debt Sale

We take being helpful very seriously and over the years we've honed our consultancy services to ensure they're exactly what your business needs.

Our consultancy services are wide ranging and include the management of external agents, debt sale pricing and cashflow predictions, portfolio reconciliation, segmentation and work flow optimisation, and we even give advice on entering the debt sale and purchase marketplace.

Segmentation

Taking over four years to develop, the Tessera Segmentation Programme - or TSP - helps us to predict 'propensity to pay' over a large number of cohorts, for each of our major clients and purchase portfolios.

So how can TSP help? Well, the key to the programme is to treat every client fairly, to understand their circumstances as an individual and to minimise unnecessary contact, while maximising the effectiveness of every contact.

From this simple basis we are able to offer a unique service that maximises net recoveries at a minimum cost, including:

  • use of white SCOR data to develop market-leading propensity models
  • extensive data warehousing of more than 10 years of data to ensure future results are predictive
  • fully tailored, in-house event flows, which are also available to our clients
  • bespoke contact strategies for can't pays and won't pays
