New DBSG Appointments
There are significant changes at the DBSG with two new members joining the management team.
Zach Lewy has been appointed as vice chair – a new position created to ensure a more defined succession strategy to develop the leadership of the association beyond Leigh Berkley, the current chairman.
Zach is the current CEO of Arrow Global and has more than 12 years executive experience in the world of debt purchase, debt collections and contact centre management.
Meanwhile, Sarah Marshall – the current recoveries senior manager at Santander UK – has been appointed the seller relations liaison for the DBSG.
This is a vital role which encourages more sellers to become members, as well as pointing existing members in the direction of services the DBSG offers to those businesses.
