Diploma 2010 – Better than Ever!
The DBSG and CSA have been working with City & Guilds and – after taking on board student and employer feedback – have redesigned and streamlined the 2010 Diploma, helping it to fit more closely with the 'needs and wants' of the industry. And, of course, it will still deliver on the high expectations and levels of teaching that everyone has come to expect.
Now 10 years old, the course is open to everyone involved in the industry and offers the chance for students to gain a much better understanding of debt collection through an appropriate accredited course. In turn, this promotes best practice – helping the industry to move forward.
Kurt Obermaier, Chief Executive of the CSA explained: "Over 300 students have now successfully passed the course and we are looking forward to welcoming the next students for 2010. the prestigious course offers students the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of key debt collection topics from leading industry experts. It is widely recognised by employers across the industry and is a key step for anyone wishing to further their careers in the debt collection field.
"Last year's diploma course was oversubscribed at both venues so I would advise candidates booking early to avoid disappointment."
