Credit Today Winners Announced

The winners at the 2009 Credit Today's Debt Collection Awards were announced at a spectacular event held at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire.

Over 350 guests attended the event, hosted by comedian Dominic Holland, to see companies and individuals from across the country compete for several prestigious prizes – all of them designed to underline the best practice in operation within the industry.

New categories rewarded a wider cross-section of debt collection functions. This meant compliance enforcement teams were recognised alongside agency managers, with the older categories setting a real benchmark and illustrating professional excellence within the industry.

More entries were received than ever before and the judges, led by Steve Wrench, head of debt management at Virgin Media, had a tough time picking the winners.
