A Season of Excellence
With the nights drawing in once more, the industry begins to reflect on the past year – the challenges faced down already, and those yet to arrive in the coming weeks and months.
And, with so much economic uncertainty across the world, it is little wonder that this year's autumnal conference season is set to be bigger, more focused and busier than ever.

CSA & DBSG Annual Conference & Exhibition 2009
Wednesday, 9th – Thursday, 10th September
This year, the ultimate conference for the credit industry is being held in Brighton.
Kicking off with the traditional golf tournament, this two day event will once gain provide the perfect blend of networking events, speakers, breakout sessions and industry AGMS.
Both the CSA and DBSG will convene for members-only events to discuss the current issues affecting the industry, while there will be plenty of opportunities to meet and catch up with colleagues, clients and suppliers at one of the stylish networking receptions.
One new addition to the programme of events is Tessera's own Chief Executive, Leigh Berkley. He will be addressing the conference in place of Gareth Thomas MP, the former Minster heading up BIS (previously BERR), who is now unable to attend. Leigh's keynote speech will set the tone for the rest of the conference and he will be providing his usual invaluable insight into the industry –a great way to get the second day underway.
Later in the day there will be further speakers, including Henderson Chambers and Tim Fearon of The Extraordinary Coaching Company, as well as six sessions and two workshops, taking in a diverse range of subjects – from Debt Sale & Purchase to Collections & Compliance.
The event will be rounded off by the exclusive Gala Dinner – the ideal way to unwind and relax, as well as build stronger relationships with your colleagues and peers.

CCR-interactive 2009
Tuesday, 6th October
The biggest one day conference in the UK credit industry, CCR-interactive offers outstanding networking opportunities, as well as the chance to debate the current burning issues with experts from across the sector.
Specially tailored for the most senior credit professionals, the meetings and presentations on offer will provide an exceptional overview of the industry today – as well as a glimpse as to what it will be like in the coming months and years. Collections and Debt Sale & Purchase Conference 2009

Now in its ninth successful year, this event is produced in collaboration with Credit Today magazine and aims for the top, with a high proportion of 'senior-level content' making it a must for the industry's key movers and shakers.
