Tessera Sends out CCA Statements

Following an extensive 18-month consultation with BIS and OFT, Tessera has sent statements to all its customers.

A massive undertaking, the task was completed in-house, in partnership with a trusted out-source company to ensure smooth delivery of the documentation.

The October timing was somewhat unfortunate given the recent postal strikes, but the Tessera team had already anticipated a staggered approach to the delivery of the statements. This was to help reduce the likelihood of an insurmountable response from every customer at once, with a staggered approach helping to ensure the usual high levels of customer service were not compromised.

In addition, a specialist hotline was set up for any customers who wanted further clarification of what their statement was for, why they had received it and what its contents meant.

The process has already proven successful and looks set to further underline Tessera's commitment to compliance.
