Kurt Obermaier to Leave CSA

Current Executive Director to step down after 14 years

Kurt Obermaier, the current executive director of the CSA, is to retire after 14 years.

Everyone at Tessera - and the wider credit community - thanks him for his tireless efforts to raise the profile and position of the industry.

The CSA is currently hunting for a suitable successor for the position.

The candidate will need to have knowledge of the issues facing debt collection agencies and debt purchasers and the ability to work with the industry, government and media.

We will of course keep you up-to-date with all developments on the appointment of a new executive director.
