Passed with Credit
A member of the Tessera team has passed their CSA Diploma with flying colours - reflecting the company's commitment to providing the very best service within the industry.
David Basquette, one of Tessera's collectors, received his diploma earlier this month and is understandably very proud of his achievements.
He successfully completed Modules 1-5 of the benchmark qualification, covering subjects including compliance, collection methods, tracing and the methods necessary for commercial collection. This not only provided him with an understanding of the industry as a whole, but also provided him with the expertise to operate to the highest level at the cutting edge of the industry.
What made his achievement even sweeter was that he passed the Diploma with credit. No mean feat given the intensive, modular nature of these qualifications.
The CSA Diploma has recently undergone a number of changes, with new elements added to help it develop into a more thorough and useful qualification.
In particular, the CSA has introduced a new 'Diploma Plus' course, which has been introduced with a view to further increasing the knowledge and accreditation of successful diploma students.
