New Roles at Tessera
Things are changing at Tessera, with two members of staff being appointed to new roles as 'Heads of Department'. Although the nature of their work is quite different, both are essential to the continued development of the Tessera brand within the industry and with the wider world.
Firstly, Jason Cole has been promoted to the position of Head of Business Development. Having been a part of the Tessera family for over 8 years, Jason's new role sees him spearheading new work with debt sellers and his efforts are set to be integral to the future success of the company.
Meanwhile, Susan Alabaster has been appointed Head of HR & Compliance. Susan's experience of the sector and Tessera will be vital in the coming months and years, as compliance becomes an increasingly serious issue. Her work will steer the company through the challenges ahead, including CCA2006 and Ofcom regulations, as well as promote best practice across all departments.
