The festive season is well and truly upon us and it is a time to reflect on the 12 months that have passed and the challenges that face us in the year ahead.
However, we should not let these issues cloud our enjoyment of the next few weeks - a time for friends, family and goodwill to all our colleagues.
In fact, I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous start to the New Year.
We will return in 2009 with a renewed vigour for the year ahead. Remember to check back in January for more news, views and comment on our industry.
